No institution would afford you an unsecured loan with bad credit. If you can’t get a credit card, then forget the cash loan.
You said that you make “Good Money” if you make $ 3K to $ 5K then you make be able to to get a payday loan but this doesn’t qualify as an installment loan as you were asking for.
Another option is to pawn something of value, this however does not qualify as unsecured.
So there, i guess the answer to your question is nowhere.

What kind of interest can you deduct off taxes??
Question by Melissa R: What kind of interest can you deduct off taxes??
We have our mortgage interest that can be deducted of course. But what other kind of interest payments can a person deduct?
We have a couple smaller installment loans. Two are for loans we got to pay off medical bills, and another is just an installment loan we took out to fix some things around the house.
Is the interest we paid against those loans, deductible on our taxes. Or just our mortgage interest (and student loan interest)??

Usually only the interest on mortgage’s and students loans can be wrote off per say. However state income tax or sales tax is the next biggest thing you can write off (since your itemizing).
Then a gift to charity usually anything under 250 they don’t require proof. Say you donated some to your local police department or bought girl scout cookies. Who knows you might think of something you forgot.
Try medical expenses too. But usually it has to be a huge amount.
Anyway check out the links below one is to the Schedule A&B which is your itemized deducton form to see if you can write off anything else.

No,
No Payday Loan companies will loan you money without a bank account. You can get a bank account for people with bad credit.
The only other option is a pawn shop. They will take an item worth let’s say $ 1,000 and give you a loan of say $ 250. If you payback in 30 days then you get your item back, if not, then they sell it. Things like Rings, TVs, Computers, etc. Call them and ask them what they want. Look it up online or in your local phone book.
You will need an ID and you will need to fill out paperwork in case it is found that your collateral is stolen, they can then turn you into the police. With certain pawn shops, you don’t need a checking account, just an ID and a piece of mail and an item of value as far as I know.
Good Luck.
